Kim has secured someone from the Law school and someone from the Nursing department, and I'm working on getting someone from Planned Parenthood, Valley Health and/or the Fargo Women's Clinic. The panel will be taking place on March 7th at 7:30pm in Swanson 16-18. Our display case in the Union will be going up on March 5th, please contact me if you'd like to help out with this. I'm sure there will be more information to follow. I'm going to work on designing posters to be put up around campus. If you would like to help me distribute them, I would be very grateful. I hope everyone enjoyed their long weekend. Caitlyn and I are really trying to hit the ground running now that our group is official. This includes our first meeting, which will be February 21st at 7:30pm at my house, 2630 University Ave (on the corner of University and Columbia). Also, today we were able to appoint one last officer that we are required to have as part of the exec board. Laura McMahon will be filling the position of secretary/treasurer. Since our demonstration in November, she has been very interested in taking on a leadership position, and I know she'll do a great job with it.<br /><br />Also, I would like to announce a demonstration will be held March 7th. That is a Wednesday and it will be held in the Union at one of the vendor tables. This will be a demonstration concerning educating students on the Bills that are currently in the ND and SD legislature regarding choice, plus advertising our tentative Panel that will be on the same day. More information will be given at our meeting.<br /><br />I hope to see a lot of you (and get to meet some of you) at our first meeting this Wednesday. Again, I appologize for the last minute notice, but if you are available to come to any of it, we would be most appreciative.
